Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location within Saudi Arabia and customs processing. While we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Saudi Arabia. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery where possible.

Customs and Import Charges
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by Saudi customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
